About the Role:

Our client, a well-established restaurant in Lang’ata, is urgently seeking to hire experienced and outgoing Barmaids to join their team. The ideal candidates should have a passion for customer service, confidence in engaging with guests, and experience working in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve beverages and cocktails promptly and courteously.
2. Take and process customer orders accurately.
3. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area.
4. Handle payments and issue receipts where required.
5. Maintain stock levels and report shortages promptly.
6. Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a barmaid, bartender, or waitress in a restaurant or hotel.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Smart, neat, and customer-focused appearance.
4. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
5. Honest, reliable, and professional demeanor.
