Branch Supervisor

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to oversee branch operations across multiple retail outlets. The successful candidate will ensure smooth store performance, sales target achievement, and effective team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and support branch staff (sales, beauty, and cyber teams).
2. Monitor daily sales, stock levels, and cash handling procedures.
3. Ensure adherence to customer service and operational standards.
4. Coordinate between branches and head office.
5. Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

1. Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail, or related field.
2. At least 2 years’ supervisory experience in retail, beauty, or cyber services.
3. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
4. Ability to multitask and handle branch operations effectively.
