About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can seamlessly combine digital marketing prowess with strategic client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns
- Leverage email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and Instagram to attract prospects
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of B2B clients
- Conduct targeted field visits for demos and client onboarding when necessary
- Monitor and report on key sales and marketing performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and client needs
Performance Expectations
- Generate qualified leads weekly
- Close new accounts and build lasting partnerships
- Drive measurable growth in client acquisition and service uptake
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, or sales
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets
- Strong grasp of digital marketing tools:
- Google Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Suite
- Mailchimp, WhatsApp Marketing, CRM platforms (Zoho, Hubspot)
- Excellent communication skills; both written and spoken
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet KPIs
- Market research and competitor analysis skills are a plus
- Ability to represent the brand professionally in both digital and physical settings
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary: Ksh. 20,000
- Performance Commission for every deal closed
- Incentives for new client accounts opened
- Bonuses for hitting monthly and quarterly targets
