About the Role:

Our client, a reputable security firm based in Lavington, is seeking to hire an experienced and reliable Controller to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operations within a busy control room, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and coordinate all security operations from the control room.
2. Handle emergency calls and deploy response teams promptly.
3. Maintain accurate records of incidents, patrols, and communication logs.
4. Analyze information from security systems (CCTV, radios, tracking tools, etc.).
5. Communicate effectively with field officers, supervisors, and management.
6. Support problem-solving and incident escalation procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Degree or Diploma in Criminology or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a busy control room for a security firm.
3. Excellent communication (spoken and written) and report-writing skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. High level of integrity, discipline, and attention to detail.
