Corporate Trainers / Facilitators

About the Role:

Our client is seeking to engage experienced and dynamic Corporate Trainers/Facilitators to deliver customized training programs on Managing Team Performance, Leadership, and Emotional Intelligence for one of our key clients in the retail industry.

The ideal facilitators will be passionate about people development, have a strong grasp of leadership dynamics, and possess practical experience in retail operations, performance management, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions aligned to program objectives.
2. Facilitate modules on Leadership, Team Performance, Emotional Intelligence, and Practical Retail Leadership.
3. Conduct experiential and case-based learning tailored to retail operations.
4. Support pre-training and post-training evaluations.
5. Provide participant feedback reports and contribute to continuous improvement of the program.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate facilitation, people development, or management consulting.
3. Proven experience designing or delivering training in Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, or Performance Management.
4. Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
5. Experience working with retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environments is an added advantage.

Engagement Details

3. Remuneration: Competitive facilitation rates based on experience and expertise.
