About the Role:
Our client, a fast-growing multi-branch restaurant brand in Nairobi, is seeking to recruit a dynamic and strategic Restaurant Manager to oversee operations, drive growth, and enhance customer experience across its outlets.
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a strong business sense, proven management experience, and a passion for delivering excellence in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant branches.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and upselling.
- Ensure consistency in service quality, food standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and mentor teams to achieve performance and service excellence.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and profitability across outlets.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify customer trends and business opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives in collaboration with management.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a busy restaurant environment, with multi-branch management exposure preferred.
- Proven record in revenue growth and upselling strategies.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of customer behavior and hospitality market dynamics.
- Proficiency in restaurant management systems and MS Office tools.
