About the Role:

Our client, a fast-growing multi-branch restaurant brand in Nairobi, is seeking to recruit a dynamic and strategic Restaurant Manager to oversee operations, drive growth, and enhance customer experience across its outlets.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a strong business sense, proven management experience, and a passion for delivering excellence in hospitality.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant branches.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and upselling.
  3. Ensure consistency in service quality, food standards, and customer satisfaction.
  4. Recruit, train, and mentor teams to achieve performance and service excellence.
  5. Manage budgets, cost control, and profitability across outlets.
  6. Conduct regular market analysis to identify customer trends and business opportunities.
  7. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  8. Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives in collaboration with management.


Key Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a busy restaurant environment, with multi-branch management exposure preferred.
  3. Proven record in revenue growth and upselling strategies.
  4. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent understanding of customer behavior and hospitality market dynamics.
  6. Proficiency in restaurant management systems and MS Office tools.
