Sports Manager

About the Role:

Our client in the sports and recreation sector is seeking to recruit a Sports Manager to oversee player recruitment, training coordination, and event management. The ideal candidate should be a strong leader with excellent organizational and communication skills, and a genuine passion for sports development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruit, train, and manage players and coaching staff.
2. Develop and implement sports programs and schedules.
3. Oversee daily operations of the sports facility and ensure smooth execution of events.
4. Manage budgets, logistics, and administrative records.
5. Build and maintain partnerships with sports bodies, sponsors, and the community.
6. Promote a positive sporting culture and team spirit.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field.
2. Proven experience in sports management, coaching, or player recruitment.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to organize events and manage multiple projects.
5. Passionate about sports and community engagement.
