About the Role:

Our client, a leading restaurant in Nairobi, is urgently seeking to hire experienced Waitresses to join their team. The ideal candidates should be service-oriented, well-presented, and able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and serve guests professionally.
2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area.
5. Handle billing and payments courteously.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a waitress in a busy restaurant.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Smart, presentable, and customer-focused.
4. Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
