About the Role:

Our client is seeking a motivated and professional Call Center Attendant to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure excellent client satisfaction.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional manner.
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  3. Maintain a high level of customer service and problem-solving ability.
  4. Record and update customer details and inquiries in the system.
  5. Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  2. Knowledge and experience in basic computer applications.
  3. Candidates with good communication skills in Arabic and Somali are highly encouraged to apply.
  4. Must be committed to long-term employment.
