Barista

About the Role:

Our client, a vibrant restaurant in Village Market, is seeking a skilled and energetic Barista to join their service team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve quality coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages.
2. Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and speed of service.
3. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the barista station and service area.
4. Engage customers with professionalism, warmth, and energy.
5. Monitor stock and report inventory needs.
6. Assist with front-of-house duties when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Barista in a busy café or restaurant.
2. Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and machine maintenance.
3. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
4. A team player with a positive and energetic attitude.
