Job Description

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a premium bridal business specializing in high-end wedding gowns from the US and Europe, for experienced and polished Bridal Consultants.

The ideal candidates should be elegant, sales-driven, confident communicators, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires individuals who can engage brides professionally, drive sales, and support digital communication and marketing activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in selecting wedding gowns and bridal accessories
  • Deliver a premium customer experience throughout the consultation process
  • Drive showroom sales and achieve targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, social media, and email
  • Support social media engagement and digital marketing activities
  • Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with clients
  • Maintain showroom presentation and product display standards
  • Support overall bridal showroom operations

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Well-groomed, polished, and presentable personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to sell premium/luxury products confidently
  • Experience in fashion, bridal, beauty, or luxury retail is an added advantage
  • Basic digital marketing and social media communication skills
  • Mature, professional, and customer-focused attitude

Working Hours

🕗 Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM


Remuneration

Competitive salary package with commission structure based on skills, experience, and performance.
