A client in the Food & Beverage sector is seeking a creative and energetic Digital Marketing Executive to lead social media marketing, brand activations, and promotional campaigns.
The role requires a hands-on marketer who enjoys creating engaging content, managing influencer partnerships, and executing brand activations across hospitality venues and events.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
- Capture engaging content including photos, videos, Reels, TikTok videos, and live streams during brand activations and events.
- Develop and manage content across social media platforms.
- Produce in-house content such as product highlights and behind-the-scenes features.
- Ensure consistent and timely posting aligned with current social media trends.
- Identify and collaborate with UGC creators, micro-influencers, and social media personalities.
- Build relationships with food bloggers, wine bloggers, and lifestyle influencers.
- Manage influencer campaigns and track engagement performance.
Events & Brand Activations
- Plan and execute wine tastings, whisky masterclasses, and product launch events.
- Support brand activations in bars, restaurants, hotels, and retail outlets.
- Identify opportunities to participate in local food and beverage festivals and events.
- Train staff to confidently promote products during events and activations.
- Encourage staff participation in brand promotion through personal social media platforms.
Market Insights
- Monitor social media trends and consumer behavior within the F&B sector.
- Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Marketing experience in Alcoholic Beverages, FMCG, or Food & Beverage industry preferred.
- Hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Experience organizing events and executing brand activations.
- Strong network with influencers, bloggers, and hospitality venues.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when events require.
- Creative, proactive, and results-driven personality.
