We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Receptionist / Front Office Assistant to support daily administrative and front office operations.
The Receptionist / Front Office Assistant will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling visitors, coordinating communication, supporting basic sales activities, and ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, welcome, and direct visitors and clients professionally
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls using a multi-line switchboard
- Handle correspondence across social media platforms (Website, Facebook, Instagram, X, WhatsApp)
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Maintain proper filing systems and records management
- Photocopy, scan, bind, and ensure quality of documents
- Prepare and serve office tea and support hospitality during meetings
- Maintain cleanliness and orderly arrangement of office equipment and furniture
- Support walk-in customer engagement and contribute to sales growth
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Agriculture, Environmental Studies, Diary Science & Technology, Animal Health, Soil Science, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Certificate in Business, Customer Service, PR, or Administration is an added advantage
- At least 2–3 years’ relevant work experience in a similar role
- Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Certificate of Good Conduct
- Digital marketing skills are an added advantage
- Valid driving or motorcycle licence is an added advantage
