About the Role:

Our client in the hospitality industry is looking to hire Grill-Line Cooks to join their restaurant team in Nairobi. The ideal candidates should have solid hands-on experience in food preparation, grilling, and plating under fast-paced operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and grill meats, burgers, and other menu items according to restaurant standards.
  2. Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation consistency.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations.
  4. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
  5. Support kitchen operations as needed.


Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a cook or grill-line chef in a busy kitchen.
  2. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and safety procedures.
  3. Team player with good time management skills.
  4. Passionate about quality food and service delivery.
