About the Role:
Our client in the hospitality industry is looking to hire Grill-Line Cooks to join their restaurant team in Nairobi. The ideal candidates should have solid hands-on experience in food preparation, grilling, and plating under fast-paced operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and grill meats, burgers, and other menu items according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support kitchen operations as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a cook or grill-line chef in a busy kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and safety procedures.
- Team player with good time management skills.
- Passionate about quality food and service delivery.
