Our client seeks a skilled ICT Assistant to support IT infrastructure, systems maintenance, user support, and digital platforms within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Provide user support and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
- Maintain network systems and ensure cybersecurity compliance.
- Support ERP and digital platforms.
- Ensure data backup and system security protocols are followed.
- Maintain ICT documentation and reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years’ experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and system maintenance.
- Experience supporting ERP or HRIS systems is an added advantage.
