Our client, a fast-growing technology company specializing in IoT solutions, industrial automation systems, electronic weighing solutions, and smart technology integrations, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing & Operations Manager.

This strategic leadership role is ideal for a professional who can drive business growth, coordinate sales and marketing teams, oversee operational efficiency, and strengthen the company's market presence.

The successful candidate will play a key role in revenue generation, business development, brand positioning, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Develop and implement sales and growth strategies
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across industrial, manufacturing, and institutional sectors
  • Drive lead conversion and revenue generation
  • Support quotation follow-ups, negotiations, and contract closures

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Coordinate and oversee sales and digital marketing activities
  • Monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs
  • Ensure consistent brand visibility and market positioning
  • Support content development and promotional initiatives

Operations Management

  • Coordinate day-to-day operational activities
  • Improve internal systems, processes, and workflow efficiency
  • Ensure timely project implementation and service delivery
  • Facilitate collaboration between sales, technical, finance, and support teams

Financial & Performance Management

  • Monitor customer accounts and receivables
  • Support debt collection initiatives and cash flow management
  • Track profitability and business performance metrics

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' proven experience in sales and marketing of technology-related products or solutions
  • Demonstrated success in business development and revenue growth
  • Experience managing and leading teams
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Financial awareness, including profitability and collections management
