Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct field visits, customer presentations, and product demonstrations
- Market and sell technology-based solutions to industrial, commercial, and institutional clients
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide after-sales support and customer follow-up
- Prepare sales reports and market intelligence updates
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Engineering, ICT, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and marketing of technology products or solutions
- Proven track record in business development and sales growth
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
- Experience in industrial, ICT, technology, automation, or engineering sales will be an added advantage
