We are recruiting on behalf of our client in the healthcare and wellness industry for ambitious, results-driven, and customer-focused Medical Representatives to support business growth across Nairobi, Mombasa, and Kisumu.
The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting the organization's healthcare products and services, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently achieving sales and market growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote the organization's healthcare products and services to healthcare professionals and corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Prepare and execute territory sales plans.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and educational sessions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Medical Laboratory Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, diagnostic, or healthcare services sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
