We are hiring on behalf of our client in the construction industry for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in waterproofing and general construction works.
The ideal candidate will support project planning, cost control, and site coordination across a range of projects including renovations, repairs, and remodeling of residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct project scoping and site assessments on behalf of the company
- Prepare and manage tender documents, quotations, and cost estimates
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance
- Support project planning, execution, and reporting
- Analyze project performance and provide insights from the office
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and quality of work
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Represent the company in project meetings
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all projects
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Experience in construction, especially waterproofing and renovation works, is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of construction processes and cost management
- Ability to prepare BOQs, estimates, and tender documents
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant construction tools
