About the Role:

Our client, a well-established chain of restaurants in Nairobi, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee operations across their outlets.

The ideal candidate must be capable of managing a busy environment, leading teams, and driving operational excellence while ensuring top-notch customer service and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
2. Manage staff performance, scheduling, and training.
3. Monitor sales, inventory, and cost control to achieve business targets.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service standards.
5. Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational policies.
6. Drive revenue growth through promotions, upselling, and team motivation.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 4 years’ experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting.
3. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Proven ability to manage teams and achieve operational goals.
