The client is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead teams, and ensure high standards of customer service and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Control costs, budgets, and operational expenses
- Manage stock levels, procurement, and suppliers
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Sound financial and operational management knowledge
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
