Nexus Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Restaurant Supervisor on behalf of a client with multiple restaurant outlets in Nairobi. The successful candidate will assist in supervising daily operations and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operational activities
- Ensure customer service standards are consistently met
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Assist with stock control and inventory management
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or a related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, guide, and motivate teams
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and work ethic
