We are hiring a Sales Executive for a client in the construction and building materials industry. The role focuses on marketing and selling ready-mix concrete products, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is aggressive, organized, and results-oriented, with the ability to meet sales targets and manage customer accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Market and sell ready-mix concrete to contractors, developers, construction companies, and individual clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on inquiries and quotations
- Achieve sales and collection targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare and submit sales reports and feedback
Customer Service & Coordination
- Coordinate orders and delivery schedules with operations and logistics teams
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
- Follow up on customer satisfaction and product quality
- Advise customers on product specifications and usage
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience (preferably construction/building materials/ready-mix concrete)
- Valid driving license with driving experience
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Mature, aggressive, and self-driven
