Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Executive for a client in the construction and building materials industry. The role focuses on marketing and selling ready-mix concrete products, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is aggressive, organized, and results-oriented, with the ability to meet sales targets and manage customer accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Market and sell ready-mix concrete to contractors, developers, construction companies, and individual clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on inquiries and quotations
  • Achieve sales and collection targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and feedback

Customer Service & Coordination

  • Coordinate orders and delivery schedules with operations and logistics teams
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction and product quality
  • Advise customers on product specifications and usage

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience (preferably construction/building materials/ready-mix concrete)
  • Valid driving license with driving experience
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Mature, aggressive, and self-driven
