We are hiring on behalf of our client in the energy and electrical engineering industry for ambitious and results-driven Sales Executives.
The ideal candidates should possess strong sales and relationship management skills with the ability to identify business opportunities, drive product sales, and support market expansion within the power and energy sector.
Candidates with exposure to electrical products, transformers, engineering services, or technical sales will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of the company’s products and services to achieve assigned sales targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
- Promote the company’s electrical and engineering solutions to potential clients
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals
- Follow up on client inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities
- Provide feedback to management regarding market intelligence and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic sales reports
- Participate in marketing, networking, and business development activities
- Support customer retention and after-sales relationship management
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
- Experience in energy, power, engineering, electrical products, or related industries is an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and pursue business opportunities independently
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused personality
- Technical understanding of electrical or engineering products is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation
