We are hiring on behalf of our client in the construction and building materials industry for a highly driven and customer-focused Sales Executive.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling ready-mix concrete products, developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating customer orders and deliveries, and ensuring excellent customer service.
This role requires a mature, aggressive, organized, and results-oriented individual capable of driving sales growth within a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Market and sell ready-mix concrete products to contractors, developers, construction companies, and individual clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on inquiries and quotations
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Prepare and submit sales reports and market feedback to management
Customer Service & Coordination
- Coordinate customer orders and delivery schedules with operations and logistics teams
- Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and complaints
- Follow up on customer satisfaction and product quality concerns
- Guide customers on product specifications and appropriate product usage
Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory Requirement
- Must be fluent in both spoken and written Chinese language
Additional Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the construction, building materials, or ready-mix concrete industry
- Valid driving license with practical driving experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Mature, aggressive, and self-driven personality
