We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established dealer in motorbike spares and accessories, for a proactive and results-oriented Supervisor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, coordinating workflow, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a confident leader who can effectively manage people, processes, and business performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily business operations
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve operational targets
- Monitor employee performance and productivity
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Support stock management, inventory control, and replenishment processes
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and internal controls
- Support business growth initiatives and operational improvements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field
- Proven experience in a supervisory, team leader, or operations role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or motorbike spares industry is an added advantage
