About the Role:

Our client, a well-established organization in the engineering and construction sector, is seeking to recruit a skilled Welder to join their technical team in Naromoru.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in metal fabrication, structural welding, and equipment maintenance, with a strong focus on safety, precision, and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform welding and fabrication of metal structures and components.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and welding symbols.
3. Operate and maintain welding machines and related equipment.
4. Conduct repairs and preventive maintenance on metal parts and machinery.
5. Ensure adherence to safety standards and worksite protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Certificate or Diploma in Welding/Fabrication or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy workshop or construction environment.
3. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.
4. Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently.
5. Good teamwork and communication skills.
