About the Role
We are looking for energetic and self-driven Field Sales Representatives to join our client’s dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by reaching out to potential clients, presenting services, and closing sales deals. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and eager to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking
- Present, promote, and sell services to existing and prospective clients
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Continuously improve through feedback and market trends
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports
Qualifications
- KCSE Certificate minimum: Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field is an added advantage
- Proven experience in sales or similar roles is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be confident, persuasive, and highly motivated
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets
- Familiarity with the local area (Nairobi, Nakuru, or Mombasa)
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned region
